I have read and accepted the Best in Town Hub Terms of Use and I specifically agree and acknowledge the following:

1. I am an Authorized User of the Best In Town (BIT) Hub platform and will use the Site and its Materials solely to perform my valid, authorized job duties in connection with TMC business objectives.

2. I understand that all BIT Hub information and Materials are confidential and proprietary to TMC, and I shall not disclose, share, or transmit any such information to any unauthorized person, entity, or competing brand, unless approved by TMC.

3. I will not use any BIT Hub information or Materials for data mining, or use any robots, spiders, or similar automated tools to access, scrape, or extract data from the Site.

4. I shall protect and will not share my BIT Hub access credentials with anyone, and I will notify TMC immediately at bestintown@toyota.com if I believe my credentials have been compromised or my account has been accessed without authorization.

5. I will not access or use BIT Hub for unauthorized, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the BIT Hub systems or any underlying server or network.

6. I acknowledge that my use of the Site is subject to TMC's Privacy Notice, and I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Privacy Notice as described in Section 10 of the Terms.

7. I understand that breach of these Terms may result in immediate revocation of my access credentials, notification to my employer, and pursuit of all available legal remedies.
